The Right People

Michael Pupo
Michael brought 11 years of audio/video retail experience to Bay Marketing when he joined the company in 1991. He, and Bret, bought the company in 2002. Michael is the sales rep for PA, NJ, and Delaware. Michael's high-level of industry expertise allows him to offer an unsurpassed level of product knowledge and technical support.

Bret Theakston
Bret brought 12 years of audio/video retail to Bay Marketing in 1992. Bret is the Sales Rep for Southern MD, DC, and VA. His extensive experience and competence in the industry makes him a powerful company resource.

Paul Houpert
Paul, one of the newest members of our team, brings years of custom audio/video sales experience to Bay Marketing. Paul’s sales history includes working as a manufacturer’s rep for both factories and independent sales organizations. His vast product and industry knowledge are a valuable asset to the company. His area will include the metro DC area, and looks forward to working with all the dealers in the region.

Lori Pupo
Lori came to Bay Marketing with 15 years of management experience and 2 years in the Custom Audio Video Industry. She manages our accounting, human resources and inside sales department.

Jim Wissinger
Jim is a highly knowledgeable audio/video professional with 10 years of retail and management experience. He is responsible for creating and implementing marketing material and over-seeing customer service.

Rick Staron
As a new addition to our team, Rick brings 23 years of management experience to the table. He’s responsible for customer service, distributing orders and the everday running of Bay Distributing.

Kelly Moyer
Kelly is the newby here at Bay, she brings 19 years of management experience with her in owning her own business. She is responsible for the direct orders for Bay Marketing, and customer service.

We have offices in both the north and the south, a highly competent staff of six, including three outside sales professionals and a dedicated marketing person (who handles website development, dealer communications, newsletters, etc.).
